Breast implants come in a variety of sizes, shapes, and surfaces. Patients may currently choose between saline or silicone based implants. The type of breast implant selected should be based on your physical and soft-tissue characteristics, as well as your aesthetic goals.

Implants also come in a variety of profiles (or projections). Higher profile implants provide patients with great anterior (forward) projection and more superior breast fullness relative to a moderate or mid-range profile.
